How is Praseodymium Nitride PrN Powder produced?
Nano-praseodymium hydride was prepared by vacuum pyrolysis at 100 ~ 300℃ under normal pressure. The structure of the substrate was determined by electron selection diffraction of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The particle size was less than 100nm. Nano-praseodymium has high activity. It reacts with nitrogen for 24-48 hours under atmospheric pressure (300 ~ 400℃) to form praseodymium nitride. The product belongs to the face-centered cubic structure by XRD diffraction analysis.TEM test showed that the particle diameter was less than 100nm and the smallest diameter was 1nm.
