Process specifications and performance
1. Inconel718 is high in Niobium. To separate the niobium, you can apply this gold treatment.
2. You cannot separate steel ingots that exceed 508mm from the element.
3. You can make homogenized alloys for exceptional thermal properties. Iron ore is easily melted at temperatures exceeding 1120 Celsius.
4. This could directly correlate with grain weight.
5. Two options are available: spot welding and electron beam.
6. The material's properties may be affected by alignment and age. Some of the mechanical properties in Inonel718 can change over time.
