Product Performance
Polyglycol oleate
Polyethylene glycol and monoesters are the main components in Polyoxyl oleate. The fatty acids contained oleic fatty acid in the majority, but also myristic acid. Polyoxyloleate 460 differed significantly from Polyoxyloleate 860 in terms of the degree of polymerization. UHPLC HRMS was used for the analysis and characterization of Polyoxyloleate. The structure was found to contain not only polyethylene glycol monoester and diester described in Pharmacopoeia; it also contained many polyethylene glycol monomers not esterified. The degree of polymerization for polyoxyethylene monoester, diester, and various types of Polyoxyloleate was slightly different. However the degree of unesterified polyethylene glycol was very different.

Applications
Polyglycol oleate
Polyglycol Oleate possesses low foam and excellent biodegradability. The chemical structure contains ester bonds, which make it unstable to heat and acid. The surfactant, which is easily soluble is benzene isopropyl and other organic solvents. It can be used as an industrial lubricant, degreasing agent for metals and textiles, vinyl plastic sol viscosity stabiliser, textile softener and lubricants. It is a good antistatic agent and can be used for synthetic fiber and textile production. Polyglycol Oleate can be used to soften and lubricate leather in the leather-tanning industry. Polyglycol Oleate also serves as an ink emulsifier. It is used to lubricate paper in the paper and rubber industries, as well as metal cleaning agents and detergent solvents.
