Zirconium Hydride (ZrH2) Powder:
The density of the zirconium hydride ZrH2 is 5.6g/cm3, melting is decomposed to form heat-39.7kcal/mol. It is made by hydrogenating titanium, usually at 900 deg C. Zirconium hydroide has a molecular weight 93.24. The zirconium hydrogen fluid can be dissolved with ethanol or hydrofluoric acids; it has reacted strongly with water, acid and halogenated compounds.
The zirconium hydrogen fluid is a powder that can be stable. Air and water will also remain stable under normal circumstances. It reacts violently when exposed to oxidizing acids and strong acids. Zirconium is a stable powder that can burn smoothly and easily in vacuum.
L. Zirconium Hydride shows an alloy formed from zirconium. Hydrogen acts as a hardening element to prevent zirconia's atomic lattices dislocating. Hydrogen can be used to control the hardness and tensile force of the resulting hydride by varying the hydrogen content and the hydrogen present in the precipitation phase. It is possible to make zirconium hydroide stronger, harder, and more ductile by adding hydrogen, but it will be less tough than zirconium. Zirconium Hydride Powder CAS 7704-99-6:

In normal conditions it is a stable powder. It reacts violently to strong acids and oxidants. It is a smooth burning material during ignition. Decomposition begins at 300 deg C when in a vacuum and completes at 500 to 700 deg C.

The metal interacts with hydrogen to produce zirconium-hydrogenide. Zirconium metallic sponge with 99.8% purity was heated up to high purity hydrogen (99.999%), at 400 to 600 degrees C. This directly reacted to form zirconium-hydrogen fluid. Exothermic is the reaction. This reaction can also occur at room temperatures. To achieve uniform integral hydrogenation, annealing is done at 400-600 deg C over several hours or even weeks. Zirconium hydrogenide, even in high vacuum, is rapidly oxidized at room temperature. Since the formed nano-thin oxygen layer prevents further diffusion of oxygen into the material it is possible to ignore changes caused by oxidation. You can reduce zirconium dioxide at 600 deg C using a stream of hydrogen to obtain zirconium-hydride.

Uses of Zirconium Hydroide ZrH2 powder:
Pure zirconium powder is used as a hydrogenation catalyst in powder metalurgy. It's also used in vacuum tubes as an absorbent. Zirconium helps seal between ceramics and metals in vacuum systems.
Zirconium Hydrogenide is used as an industrial ingredient for fireworks and flux. It is also used to seal metal-ceramics, in vacuum tubes, and in nuclear reactors.
ZrH2 has many uses, including powder metallurgy. ZrH2 also acts as a hydrogenation catalyst, a foaming agent, a vacuum tube, a reducing and a foaming agent. Another use is as fuel for fireworks.
Zirconium Hydride is a powerful reducing agent. Add it to your mix. When iron alloy is prepared, desulfurization and desoxicide agents are added.
Metal coatings can be made by mixing nitride and carbonized carbonized carbide.
Due to the fact that ceramics are easily infiltrated by metals, zirconium has been used as an adhesive between ceramic and metal for vacuum tubes.
The zirconium hydroide can be used in many other ways, such as for neutron reduction, a nuclear power station material, a vacuum agent, a fireworks, an ambient solvent, etc.

Store Zirconium Hydride Powder ZrH2 in the following conditions:
Zirconiumhydride ZrH2 is affected by dampness, so it should be packed in vacuum and kept in a dry and cool room. ZrH2 Powder should not be exposed to stress.

Shipping & Packing of Zirconium Hydroide ZrH2:
